New Intake

Whether you have attended Trackers Nursery or not, we would like to officially welcome you to New Waltham Academy and thank you for choosing our school for your child. We are pleased to inform you that your child is starting their school life in a school in which children ‘flourish’, and where ‘staff skillfully support children to be independent and curious’ (Ofsted, 2022).
We know that this next stage of your child’s life is extremely frightening for you but please be assured we are with you every step of the way! We want to be able to help put your minds at ease as we are sure you have a thousand questions running through your head… ‘What happens if they can’t put their own coat on? Will someone help them on the toilet? What happens if they fall over? We would love for you to come and join us on the Wednesday 17th June 6pm-7pm so we can answer many of these questions. You will be able to meet the Early Years team who will be working alongside you in sharing the journey of your child’s first year at school as well as take another look around the unit your child will be learning in. Greenswear, the company that stock and sell our uniform, will also be attending this meeting and you will have the option to purchase uniform from them.
