At New Waltham Academy staff are assigned Curriculum and non Curriculum subjects to lead. As part of this leadership, staff are also designated a team to work with collaboratively. The teams are Stem, Humanities and Creative. Staff then experience not just their subject but a variety of subjects. Working together, staff can draw on each others experience and knowledge.
